Happy Wok is nothing short of excellence. The food is delicious, the service is a star above standard, and it is always ready in 10-15 minutes. There is always someone enjoying a meal from happy wok for good reason. This is my staple and is clearly the best Chinese food in Blacksburg. Whether you are looking for a quick bite on a budget, or simply stuck in a craving that can only be solved with Chinese food, Happy Wok will always leave you Happy.

I was very impressed with how fast these people filled orders. For how big this place is, it was really busy, but they kept on top of it. I don't think I waited over five minutes for my food. The portions are perfect. The staff is polite. The facility is clean. The location is great. The egg roll was extra, and I guess fortune cookies are extra, too.

One of my favorite restaurants in Blacksburg, great food, good price. Order a combo and it comes with a spring roll and egg yolk soup. Cool imported Chinese drinks in the fridge.

2020-3-10 Update: Portion size is huge. I could skip my dinner with one lunch with them. Great! A nice place for good and cost-effective Chinese food. Items listed on the walls are better than the ones printed on paper menus but are more expensive. Less than 10 to feed your hunger. A very popular eatery among Chinese students at Virginia Tech. Highly recommended.

Had this delivered so I can not comment on the service or atmosphere. But let me tell you about the food! Some of the best Chinese I've had in a long time. The egg rolls were soooooo tasty, had a nice crispy outside and do fresh inside. The portions are huge, each dish we had was very satisfying! I wish I wasn't an out of town visitor... because I'd eat here often

I love the food here! Not only is it quality and authentic Chinese, it is also quick and convenient service. This is a great restaurant conveniently in downtown Blacksburg for college students and anyone looking for great Chinese food.
